These terms apply to polymaria.net, run by Robert Bush, Cyprus. By creating an account or downloading a tool you accept them.
**1. The tools**
PolyMaria provides MetaTrader expert advisors, indicators and scripts, usually with source code. Tools are provided **as is** for education and personal use. Descriptions explain what a tool is designed to do; they are not a promise that it works with every broker, terminal build or account.
**2. Licence**
You may download, use and modify the tools for your own trading and learning. You may not resell, re-upload or redistribute them — changed or unchanged — as your own product, unless the README inside the download says otherwise.
**3. Risk disclosure**
Trading forex, CFDs, crypto and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money, including more than your deposit. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results. Nothing on PolyMaria is financial or investment advice. Automated tools can behave unexpectedly because of broker conditions, slippage, connection problems or bugs. **Test every tool on a demo account before using real money. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and results.**
**4. Your account**
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack the site or break these terms.
**5. Prices and refunds**
Most tools are free. Paid tools (such as the Old Kings collection and bundles) show their price in USDT before payment. You can pay from your PolyMaria wallet, by crypto transfer, or by a manual payment confirmed on Telegram. Because tools are digital content delivered immediately, **all sales are final and no refunds are given**. By starting a download you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw. This does not affect rights you have by law if a paid tool is faulty and cannot be fixed.
**6. Content you post**
Reviews, questions and support messages must be honest and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or off-topic.
**7. Liability**
To the extent the law allows, PolyMaria is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages from using the tools or the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the tool concerned.
**8. Changes**
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
