Woodie CCI Panel
Woodie's CCI method is built around watching two CCI readings at once - a slower Standard(14) for bias and a faster Turbo(6) for timing - and most published versions plot only one of the two, or plot both without ever automating the named setups the method is actually built on. This indicator plots both lines together and flags two of Woodie's core patterns directly on the panel. Zero Line Reject looks for the Standard CCI holding a clear bias (above or below zero) while the Turbo CCI pulls back into a narrow zone around the zero line without crossing to the opposite side, then resumes away from zero on the next bar - a shallow pullback in the direction of the established bias, rather than a full reversal. Trend Line Break draws a line through Turbo CCI's own last two confirmed swing pivots (a symmetric fractal test, the same technique AndrewsPitchforkAuto uses on price) and reports when Turbo closes back through that line, the same way a trader would draw a trendline on the oscillator itself and wait for a break. Both patterns are evaluated once per closed bar using bar-1 and bar-2, never the still-forming live bar, and confirmed pivots are used for the trendline rather than the raw swing extremes, so neither pattern repaints once reported. Notes and limitations - Pattern detection only re-evaluates once per closed bar; nothing on the panel changes tick by tick within a forming bar. - The Trend Line Break search only looks back 200 bars for pivots by default internal limit, so on a very slow timeframe with few qualifying pivots it may report no line to break. - Woodie's method traditionally includes several further setups (trend line break confirmation bars, ZLR variants, pattern trades) that this indicator does not attempt - it automates the two named in the catalogue entry, not the full discretionary system. - This does not size a position, place a stop, or account for spread; the pattern label is a timing read, not a complete trading plan.
