Single Print Detector
A single print is a classic market-profile signature: a thin price area a session's own auction barely paused at, surrounded by levels it spent far more time and volume building. These areas are often described as "poor" levels that price has a tendency to return to and fill in later sessions. For each of the last InpLookbackSessions daily instances of a chosen broker-time session window, this counts how many bars touched each price bucket - a touch count, not a volume figure, since a single print is about how few separate visits a level had, not how much volume happened to print while passing through it once. Buckets touched by at most InpMaxTouchesForSinglePrint bars are marked; adjacent single-print buckets are merged into one stretch so a multi-bucket-wide thin area draws as a single box rather than several overlapping ones. Each marked stretch is then checked against every bar since that session ended: if price has genuinely traded back through the stretch's price range, it recolours from InpOpenColor to InpFilledColor rather than staying marked as open forever, and an optional one-time alert can fire the moment a level fills. Notes and limitations - Every touch count is built from bar high/low overlap, not tick-level intrabar path - a bar that merely brushed a bucket at its extreme counts identically to one that spent the whole bar there. This is the same coarse-but-honest limitation every profile-style tool in this catalogue carries, since MT4 supplies OHLC bars, not price-by-price ticks. - Today's still-forming session is included and marked live; its single prints can still be touched again before the session even ends, which is expected and not a bug. - Revisit scanning re-walks bars from each session's end to now on every rebuild, so a very large InpLookbackSessions on a low timeframe increases rebuild cost; rebuilds happen once per new bar, not every tick. - No trade or stop-loss logic - visual analysis only.
