Session Prep Wizard

A pre-session routine that lives only in a trader's head gets skipped the first busy morning. This panel turns it into four small, concrete steps on the chart itself: tick off a checklist, mark today's key levels with real clicks, write one line of plan, and arm a stated daily risk budget - each step visible and each one optional to skip if it genuinely does not apply that day. The checklist is five toggleable buttons, their text fully configurable via inputs, so the five items can be replaced with a trader's own routine rather than this one's defaults. Draw Level mode turns the next chart click into a horizontal line at the clicked price (via ChartXYToTimePrice, not a fixed pip offset), up to InpMaxLevels of them, with Clear Levels to start over. The plan box is a single-line capture, appended with the date and symbol to a CSV file in the sandbox (MQL4\Files\ (or MQL5\Files\ on the native MQL5 build)SessionPrepWizard_Plans.csv) so a session's plan history accumulates rather than being overwritten by the next day's save. The risk-budget step is deliberately non-enforcing: Arm writes the chosen percentage, the account equity it was armed against, and the arming time to three plain global variables (SPW_DailyRiskBudgetPct, SPW_ArmedEquity, SPW_ArmedTime). This wizard places no trades and stops nothing itself - it records a stated intent. Any other EA on the account is free to read those three variables and enforce a daily loss floor against them; documenting the convention here is what lets a future risk-governor tool in this catalogue consume it without guessing a format. Notes and limitations - Draw Level mode reads whatever chart click arrives next while it is on; clicking on the panel itself while in this mode has no effect on the panel's own buttons other than the intended one, but a click meant for a level should land on the price area, not on the panel. - The plan file is appended to, never overwritten - deleting old entries (if ever wanted) is a manual file edit outside this panel's scope. - The risk-budget global variables are advisory only: this wizard does not read them back, block trading, or enforce anything itself. A consuming EA must be written to actually respect them. - Checklist state, drawn levels, and the plan/risk edit boxes are chart-session state - they are not restored automatically if the panel is removed and reattached (drawn HLINE objects persist on the chart since they are ordinary chart objects, but the panel's own checklist ticks reset).
