Session Extreme Sweep Tracker

A session high or low is only interesting for what happens to it afterwards. This indicator tracks three configurable sessions by server-time hour, finalises each session's high and low the moment the session's window ends, and then keeps watching every later confirmed bar to classify what happened to that level. A level starts UNTESTED. The first time a later bar's wick trades beyond it without a confirmed close doing the same, it flips to HELD - the market tried the level and got rejected, the textbook liquidity sweep. The moment a confirmed bar closes beyond the level outright, it flips to BROKEN and stays that way. This distinction is the entire point of the indicator: a naive "was this level touched" flag cannot separate a failed stop run from a genuine breakout, and a trader reacts to those two outcomes in opposite directions. Each level is drawn as a line spanning from its own session's time range onward, coloured by its current status, with a small text label naming the session and whether it is the high or low side. Session highs are solid lines, session lows are dashed, so the two sides stay visually distinct even where their labels overlap. Notes and limitations - The three session windows are defined purely by server-time hour and must not overlap for the classification to make sense; a bar whose hour falls in none of them is simply not counted toward any session. - Status only updates on confirmed bar closes for the BROKEN classification, so it cannot flip back and forth mid-bar; the HELD classification uses confirmed-bar wicks, which is the correct behaviour for "did this level get swept" but means a status change can lag the live price by up to one bar. - Recomputes the whole loaded history on every tick rather than keeping incremental state, which is simplest and always correct but means a very deep history will recalculate more slowly - fine for the intraday timeframes this indicator targets, not recommended on years of M1 data. - Session boundaries follow server time only; this does not attempt to detect broker daylight-saving shifts.
