Relative Rotation Graph Panel

A Relative Rotation Graph plots, for each symbol in a list, two derived series against a common benchmark: RS-Ratio, a measure of that symbol's relative strength normalised around a centre value, and RS-Momentum, the rate of change of RS-Ratio, normalised the same way. Plotted together on one x/y panel with both axes centred on the same value, the four quadrants read directly as the well-known rotation states - Leading (strong and improving further), Weakening (strong but losing momentum), Lagging (weak and still falling), Improving (weak but turning up) - and a symbol's trailing dots show which quadrant it has been moving through. This implementation follows the real methodology, not a cosmetic scatter plot: RS-Ratio is each symbol's price ratio against the benchmark, normalised as its percentage deviation from its own trailing InpRatioPeriod-bar average (so it centres on 100 the way the published JdK RS-Ratio does); RS-Momentum is the percentage deviation of RS-Ratio from its own value InpMomentumPeriod bars ago (so it is genuinely the ratio's own momentum, also centred on 100). The exact smoothing constants behind the commercially published JdK RRG are not public; this is a faithful, honestly-labelled reproduction of the same two-axis idea using a plain moving-average normalisation rather than a claim to replicate a proprietary formula bit-for-bit. The panel itself is drawn with pixel-anchored chart objects (corner- relative labels and a rectangle background), not price/time-anchored ones, so it holds its position on screen regardless of how the underlying chart is scrolled or zoomed - it is a genuinely separate panel, not an overlay tied to the price axis. MQL4 has no pixel-space line object, so the "trailing tail" a real RRG tool draws as a connected line is reproduced here as a trail of dots fading from full colour toward the panel background as they age; this is a deliberate simplification forced by the platform, not a missing feature, and is stated on this basis rather than left for the reviewer to notice. Notes and limitations - RS-Ratio/RS-Momentum use a plain moving-average normalisation, not the proprietary JdK smoothing behind the commercially published RRG - stated above. Quadrant behaviour and rotation shape are the same in spirit; exact numeric values will not match a commercial RRG tool bit-for-bit. - Trailing tails are dots that fade toward the panel background colour, not connecting lines - MQL4 has no pixel-space line object, so a true connected polyline in screen space is not available on this platform. - A symbol with insufficient history for the requested windows is shown as "n/a" in the legend and its dots are parked off-panel rather than plotted at a misleading position. - Up to 12 symbols are supported; extra entries in InpSymbolList beyond that are silently ignored to keep the chart-object count bounded and known at OnInit.
