Prop Rule Compliance Dashboard
Funded account rules are usually tracked in separate mental buckets - "how much can I lose today", "how far is my drawdown from the limit", "am I carrying too much size" - and a trader under pressure rarely checks all of them together before placing the next trade. This EA checks all of them on every tick and, more usefully than any single number, works out WHICH one is actually the tightest right now, because that is the rule that will end the account first if nothing changes. Each rule's usage and limit are both expressed in their own natural unit - money for the daily loss and drawdown rules, lots for the exposure rule - and then normalised to a percentage of that rule's own limit before comparison. A daily loss headroom of 40 account-currency units and a drawdown headroom of 400 are not directly comparable; 8% of one limit and 40% of another are. The rule with the smallest normalised headroom is reported as the one that threatens first, with a plain OK / WARNING / BREACHED status and a one-time alert on any transition into WARNING or BREACHED. The four rules covered are a daily loss limit against a percent of the start-of-day balance, a trailing maximum drawdown measured from the equity high water mark against a percent of the initial balance, an aggregate open lot exposure cap across matching positions, and profit target progress shown separately since it is not a breach risk. These four cover the shape of almost every funded programme's core rules, but exact terms vary enormously between providers - some measure drawdown from balance rather than equity, some reset the high water mark differently, some define a trading day in a different timezone. This dashboard is deliberately read-only: it never closes a position or blocks a trade itself, because an EA guessing at automatic enforcement against rules it cannot see the exact wording of would be as likely to violate a rule as protect one. It tells the trader the truth about where they stand; the trader (or a dedicated enforcement EA whose thresholds are set to match the real contract) decides what to do about it. Notes and limitations This is a monitor, not an enforcer - it never sends, modifies or closes an order, so nothing about it can stop a trade from being placed or force a position closed. Verify each rule's definition against your actual funded programme's contract before relying on the numbers shown: some programmes measure drawdown from balance instead of equity, use a different trading-day boundary, or add rules this dashboard does not model, such as a consistency rule capping one day's share of total profit. Treat this as a fast, honest read of the rules it does model, not a substitute for reading the contract.
