Parameter Stamp Label

A screenshot posted to a forum, a trade journal, or a chat is only useful if the reader knows what they are looking at. The symbol and timeframe are visible on the chart already; the strategy name, the risk setting in play, or which session this was taken in usually are not, and get typed into a caption by hand every time - or forgotten. This indicator stamps that context directly into the chart image. Up to five text lines are configurable as plain input strings, plus an automatic "SYMBOL,PERIOD" title line and an automatic timestamp, all drawn as chart-corner labels with an optional solid backing rectangle for legibility over busy price action. It cannot read another indicator's or EA's live input values back - MQL4 has no API for one program to inspect another program's inputs at runtime, and this house style forbids DLL calls that might work around that. The honest working design is a manually filled-in text block: type the settings once when you attach the tool, and every screenshot taken afterward carries them until you change them. Notes and limitations - The stamped text is exactly what you type into the inputs - it is not read from any other running program's parameters. Update the inputs by hand when your strategy settings change. - The backing rectangle's width is estimated from the longest line's character count at the chosen font size; an unusually wide font or extreme font size can make the estimate slightly loose. Widen InpXOffset if a line looks clipped in practice. - The stamp redraws roughly once a minute (or immediately on a full recalculation) rather than every tick, purely to avoid needless object churn - the visible text is otherwise always current. - Every object this indicator creates is prefixed and removed automatically on removal; it never touches objects from any other tool.
