Multi Timezone Clock

Working out whether London is open, or how many hours until New York takes over, means either memorising GMT offsets or opening a world-clock website mid-trade. This panel keeps six clocks running on the chart itself: this PC's own local time, the broker's server time, GMT, and New York, London, Tokyo and Sydney, each one ticking live and marked OPEN or CLOSED against that centre's typical session hours. There is no timezone database and no way to read a broker's own daylight saving calendar from inside MQL4, so this does not pretend to solve that. Every city clock is built from one input - the broker's current GMT offset - plus a fixed standard GMT offset per city. When a city moves onto its own daylight saving, its clock will be an hour out until the matching input is nudged by one. That is stated here plainly rather than left for a user to discover by watching the clock silently drift. The clock is driven by a one-second timer rather than by incoming ticks or bar closes, so it keeps moving even on a quiet symbol with no price action - a plain OnCalculate-only clock indicator would freeze between ticks, which defeats the point of a clock. Notes and limitations - Session windows (e.g. London 08:00-16:00 its own local time) are typical approximations, not each exchange's exact published hours, and are not adjustable by input in this version - treat the OPEN/CLOSED tag as a guide, not a definitive market-hours source. - Daylight saving for each city is not detected automatically; the offset inputs must be nudged by hand twice a year per city that observes it. - Depends on this PC's local clock (for the "This PC" row) being roughly correct; a wrong PC clock only affects that one row, not the broker, GMT or city rows, which are all derived from TimeCurrent().
