Multi Timeframe Trend Dashboard
Multi-timeframe confirmation is standard advice - do not take an M15 setup against the H4 trend - but checking it by eye means switching through six chart windows every time, which most traders simply stop doing after a while. This panel reads all six at once and keeps the read-out on the chart the trader is already looking at. Each row's state comes from two conditions on that timeframe's last closed bar: price above or below a moving average, and the average itself rising or falling. Both have to agree for a row to call BULL or BEAR; anything else reads as flat. That two-part test exists because price briefly poking above a flat average is a much weaker signal than price sitting above a rising one - collapsing the two into a single price-vs-average check would call far more timeframes "trending" than actually are. The composite line at the bottom counts full alignment across all six timeframes, which is the condition worth an alert - a single higher timeframe disagreeing is normal and not unusual enough to interrupt for, but all six agreeing at once is comparatively rare and worth knowing about immediately. Notes and limitations - Every row reads its timeframe's shift-1 (last closed) bar, never shift 0, so a row's state cannot change mid-bar and then change back before that bar closes - the whole panel updates live between closes but only ever describes closed data. - A row shows "n/a (loading)" until that timeframe has more than InpMaPeriod+2 bars of history - normal on a freshly opened chart or a low-liquidity symbol whose weekly bars are sparse. - This is a trend-direction dashboard, not an entry signal generator - it does not draw arrows or place trades, only reports the moving-average based state of six timeframes for the trader to combine with their own entry method. - Uses one moving average configuration for every timeframe rather than a separate tuned setting per timeframe, which keeps the panel simple to read at the cost of not being independently optimised per timeframe.
