Multi Timeframe Level Overlay
Reading a trade against the higher timeframe picture usually means flicking between several chart windows, or holding the last H4, D1 and W1 levels in your head while looking at a lower timeframe entry. This script draws those levels directly onto the chart you are already looking at: the previous completed bar's high, low and classic pivot for each higher timeframe you enable, each one labelled and colour coded. The naive version of a multi-timeframe overlay lets you request any timeframe on any chart, including one at or below the chart's own period, which produces a "higher timeframe" line that is really just today's candle drawn a second time. This script checks each requested timeframe against the chart's own period and skips anything not genuinely higher, so what gets drawn is always additional structure, never a duplicate of what the candles already show. Levels come from the previous completed bar, not the one still forming, so a level does not shift mid-session the way an in-progress high or low would. Notes and limitations - This is a one-off drawing pass, not a running indicator - the previous bar for each timeframe is fixed at the moment the script runs. Re-run it after a higher timeframe bar closes to pick up the new level. - A timeframe with too little history loaded yet on this chart is skipped and logged rather than drawing a level at zero. - Pivot is the classic (High + Low + Close) / 3 formula only; support and resistance extensions (R1, S1 and beyond) are not calculated.
