Minimum Activity Keeper
Some prop-firm evaluations and funded programmes require trading on a minimum number of calendar days, disqualifying an otherwise-passing account for going quiet - illness, travel, a strategy simply having no signal that day. Missing the requirement by inaction is an entirely avoidable failure mode, but manually remembering to place a token trade every qualifying day is easy to forget on the one day it matters. This EA checks, once per day at a configurable deadline, whether the account has already traded that calendar day - scanning both open positions and closed history, account-wide, not just its own orders, so it correctly recognises a day any other strategy already satisfied. If the day is still unsatisfied when the deadline arrives, it places exactly one trade: the broker's own minimum lot size, with a stop-loss and take-profit distance normalised to the symbol's digits and pushed out to at least the broker's stop/freeze level so the order cannot be rejected for sitting too close to price. It is disabled by default (InpEnableAutoTrade = false) and must be explicitly armed. This is deliberate: a tool that silently sends real orders the moment it is dragged onto a chart is the wrong default for anything that risks money. Notes and limitations "Minimum activity" rules vary by firm and are not standardised. This EA satisfies "at least one buy/sell order was opened on the account today" - it cannot know or enforce a firm's specific minimum lot size, minimum holding time, or per-day trade count beyond that. Confirm the exact rule text with your firm; using this against a rule it does not actually satisfy would leave the evaluation non-compliant despite the EA reporting success. The activity trade is a real market order at the broker's minimum lot size with a tight stop and target - risk is minimised, not eliminated. Spread and slippage cost real money on every trade it places, and the stop-loss can be hit like any other order. It only ever opens the one activity trade per unsatisfied day; it does not manage, trail, or otherwise interact with the trade after sending it, and does not close positions belonging to other strategies.
