Maria Telegram keeps you informed about your MetaTrader 4 account on your phone. Attach it to any chart, enter your Telegram bot token and chat ID, and it sends clear reports, a card for every opened and closed trade, risk alerts and chart screenshots to your private chat, group or channel. It only reads the account: on a live chart it never opens, changes or closes trades. REPORTS - Daily report at your time (broker server time), with an option to skip Saturday and Sunday. - Extra report every N minutes if you want it. - Weekly summary on Friday and monthly summary on the last day of the month: result, trades, wins and losses, win rate, profit factor, best and worst trade, average win and loss. - Every report shows balance, equity, margin level, floating P/L, drawdown (floating and maximum from the loaded history), closed P/L for today, this week and this month with trades and win rate, and your open positions. - Optional screenshot of the chart attached to scheduled reports. What Maria Telegram does
Maria Telegram is an MT4 Telegram notifier. It keeps you informed about your MetaTrader 4 account on your phone. You attach it to any chart, enter your Telegram bot token and chat ID, and it sends reports, a card for every opened and closed trade, risk alerts and chart screenshots to your private chat, a group or a channel. It only reads the account: on a live or demo chart it never opens, changes or closes a trade. One copy on any chart covers the whole account.
Setup in a few minutes
In Telegram, create a bot with @BotFather and copy its token. Find your chat ID: your numeric user ID for a private chat, a group ID that starts with -100, or a channel name such as @mychannel. Add the bot to the group or channel, as an admin for channels. In MT4 open Tools, Options, Expert Advisors, tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add https://api.telegram.org. Attach Maria Telegram to a chart, paste the token and chat ID, and press SEND TEST.
Reports and trade cards
A daily report arrives at your time in broker server time, with an option to skip weekends. A weekly summary comes on Friday and a monthly summary on the last day of the month, and you can add a report every N minutes. Reports show balance, equity, margin level, floating P/L, drawdown, closed results for today, the week and the month, win rate, profit factor and open positions. Trade cards show lots, prices, SL and TP in pips, money at risk, results and duration.
Alerts and Telegram commands
A drawdown alert is sent when the floating loss reaches your percentage of balance, and again at two and three times that level. A low margin alert is sent when the margin level falls below your limit. Alerts always ring, even in quiet hours. From your chat you can send /stats for a full report, /chart for a screenshot, /positions for open trades, /today for closed trades and /help. Only the chat ID in the inputs is answered.
Privacy, grouping and reliable sending
Privacy mode is meant for public channels: it hides the account number, name, broker, lots and money amounts and shows results as a percentage of balance. Quiet hours make messages arrive silently at night by your PC time. Trades that open or close within a few seconds, such as grids and baskets, are grouped into one message. A send queue with retries follows Telegram speed limits, and if several charts run the robot on one account and chat, only one of them sends.
Limits to know
Maria Telegram is a reporting tool: it does not trade, does not give trading advice and cannot prevent losses. Alerts depend on your PC, MetaTrader, the internet and Telegram all working, so they should not be your only risk control. Statistics come from the account history loaded in MT4, so choose All History in the Account History tab for full numbers. MetaTrader 4 blocks web requests in the Strategy Tester, so there messages are written to the log instead.
Questions
How do I connect Maria Telegram to my Telegram account?
Create a bot with @BotFather and copy the token, then find your chat ID: your numeric user ID, a group ID starting with -100, or @channelname. In MT4 allow https://api.telegram.org under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors, WebRequest. Paste the token and chat ID into the inputs and press SEND TEST. A TEST OK message should arrive.
Does Maria Telegram open or close trades on my account?
No. On a live or demo chart it only reads account data and sends messages. It never opens, changes or closes a trade. Only in the Strategy Tester does it place small demo trades, so the statistics can be checked there, because MetaTrader 4 does not allow web requests in the tester.
Can I post results to a public Telegram channel without showing my account?
Yes. Turn on Privacy mode before sending to a public channel. It hides the account number, name, broker, lots and money amounts and shows results as a percentage of balance. Add the bot to the channel as an admin and use the channel name, such as @mychannel, as the chat ID.
Will I get many messages when a grid or basket EA opens trades?
No. Trades that open or close within a few seconds are grouped into one message with the total. The window is set by the Trades within N seconds input, 3 seconds by default. You can also use the magic number filter to watch all trades, only manual trades, or only one EA.
Can I rely on the alerts to protect my account?
No, not as your only risk control. Alerts depend on your PC, MetaTrader, the internet and Telegram all working. Maria Telegram does not trade and cannot prevent losses. Commands older than 3 minutes, for example sent while MetaTrader was closed, are skipped. Use your own stop losses and risk rules as well.

How to install
- Download the ZIP from your PolyMaria library and unzip it.
- In MetaTrader 4 open File → Open Data Folder, then go to MQL4 → Experts.
- Copy the .mq4 / .ex4 file(s) there. Put any .mqh files in MQL4 → Include.
- Restart MetaTrader or right-click the Navigator and choose Refresh.
- Drag the expert advisor from the Navigator onto a chart, check the settings, allow Algo/Auto Trading and press OK.
- Test it first on a demo account or in the Strategy Tester.
