Ichimoku Cloud Thickness Meter
A thin cloud is a well-known Ichimoku signal - price is expected to cross it more easily, and a "kumo twist" (the cloud flipping from bullish to bearish or back) always happens through a thin point. Reading that off the chart by eye works, but it does not scale to scanning several charts or setting an alert. This indicator turns the cloud into a single measured number per bar. Senkou Span A and B are recomputed here directly from their published Donchian-midpoint definitions (Tenkan/Kijun highest-high-lowest-low averages) rather than pulled from iIchimoku(), because iIchimoku only ever exposes its buffers already forward-shifted onto the main chart - there is no supported way to read back the unshifted per-bar values a thickness calculation needs. The same forward displacement iIchimoku applies to the visible cloud is reproduced here with SetIndexShift, so a reading in this subwindow lines up with the cloud actually visible above it on the main chart, not with some other bar. The histogram is signed and split into two buffers: green above zero when Senkou A sits above Senkou B (a bullish cloud), red below zero when it is the other way round. A twist shows up as the histogram crossing the zero line. Notes and limitations - Measures the cloud's raw price-unit thickness, not a normalised or percentage figure - a thickness reading is only comparable across instruments after accounting for each instrument's typical price scale. - The forward shift means the rightmost visible bars in the subwindow will be empty until enough future bars have formed to receive a value, the same visual gap the main-chart Ichimoku cloud itself has. - Recomputes the full needed history range on every call rather than only the newest bars, since MetaEditor's own zero-warning bar makes an incremental highest-high/lowest-low tracker not worth the added complexity for a subwindow indicator. - Does not draw Tenkan-sen, Kijun-sen, Chikou Span, or the cloud itself - pair it with a standard Ichimoku indicator on the main chart for those.
