Fill Quality Marker
A fill price on its own says nothing without context - 1.10500 is a great entry on a bar that ranged 1.10480 to 1.10650, and a poor one on a bar that ranged 1.10490 to 1.10510. This indicator supplies that context directly on the chart: for every closed market order it finds the bar the order opened on, works out where the fill sat within that bar's high-low range, and drops a coloured arrow at the exact entry point. Green marks a fill in the best InpFavourableFraction of the range on the side that mattered for the trade's direction - near the low for a buy, near the high for a sell. Red marks the same fraction at the opposite extreme. Everything in between stays neutral grey. Looked at over dozens of trades, a chart that is mostly green says entries are consistently well-timed within the bar; a chart leaning red across many trades is worth investigating, whether the cause is order type, execution speed, or a habit of chasing price. Notes and limitations - Uses the chart's own timeframe to find each order's entry bar. Switching timeframes changes which bar (and therefore which range) each fill is measured against; there is no single "correct" timeframe for this comparison. - Orders whose open time falls outside the chart's loaded history are silently skipped, since no bar range exists to compare against - load more history if trades are missing. - Only market orders (OP_BUY / OP_SELL) are marked; pending-order fills are not distinguished from the market order that triggered them. - Judges timing within a bar, not trade profitability - a "green" fill can still be a losing trade, and a "red" fill can still win. The two measures answer different questions.
