Fibonacci Time Zones Auto
Fibonacci time zones are normally a manual drawing tool: the trader clicks an anchor point, and the platform projects verticals forward at 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13... bars from it. That manual step means the zones are almost always anchored to whatever swing the trader happened to notice, not necessarily the most recent significant one, and they silently go stale as price moves on without ever being re-dragged. This version finds its own anchor: it scans backward for the most recent bar that satisfies a strict swing-high or swing-low test - a fixed number of bars on each side with no equal or higher/lower extreme - and draws the Fibonacci sequence of verticals forward from there. Every new bar it checks again, and if a more recent qualifying swing has appeared, the whole set of lines re-anchors to it automatically. Notes and limitations - A swing only confirms once InpSwingBars bars exist on both sides of it, so the anchor is always at least that many bars old - this indicator cannot anchor to the bar that just formed, by definition of what makes a swing "confirmed" rather than a guess. - Fibonacci time zones mark points in time the theory considers worth watching for a turn, not a price level or a signal - nothing here predicts direction or size of any reaction at those verticals. - If no swing meeting InpSwingBars confirms anywhere in InpLookbackBars bars (very rare on a real symbol), no anchor is set and no lines are drawn until one does.
